Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Antyna (operated by Arkon Technology Ltd., "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use antyna.com (the "Service"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

1. Data we collect

Information you provide

Information created through use

Stored on your device (cookies & local storage)

2. How we use your data

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you sign up for); legitimate interests (to secure the Service, prevent fraud, and improve it); legal obligation (e.g. tax and accounting records); and consent where required (which you may withdraw at any time).

4. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate agreements:

We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including outside the EEA. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (for example, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses). Our primary database region is the European Union (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland).

6. Retention

We keep account, registry, and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and maintain the integrity of the uniqueness registry. Payment and tax records are kept for the period required by law (typically 7 years). When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must retain by law or to keep names you locked unique in the registry.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy; and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@antyna.com. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level access controls, and least-privilege access to backend systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
